"Waste of time and waste of public funds."

I went to this surgery this Morning at 7:30 to queue up and 10th person in the queue. when it was opened at 8:00 am, i was told all the appointments are full and only medical emergency appointments only. I asked receptionist why? whats the point of standing in the queue?I came to book an appointment for my 2.5 yrs old daughter.some doctors was not available as announced in the morning. I had my day planned and had taken off from work. they wasted my day. I was really upset and left the surgery.Its worst surgery. Complete waste of time. Never go to this surgery. I am looking to move to another surgery now.- Chandan
