"CQC needs to inspect, asap"

this place is suppose to be helping people I felt it was pushing me over the edge 2 weekend leaves to return to no room and sent back home personal items screwed up in bags causing distress staff not respecting your wishes being put into a room with no curtains up looking straight onto garden/smoking area. no chair in the room! staff refusing to take you to shops for cigarettes would rather sit reading the paper or go out having a cigarette themselves. repeatedly being called by my birth name id been asked not to be called by and it was well documented.
