I had an urgent referral to Cannock Chase Hospital for a endoscopy due to sudden bleeding, thinking it could be related to a dx of cancer of the uterus last year.
I can only say good things about every aspect of how I have been dealt with from start to finish.
From my consultant gynaecologist referring me onto the gastro team right through to my appointment at the endoscopy app.
The endoscopy app was as comfortable as they could make it. The Dr was superb and all the support staff. What can be horrible was made into a good experience. The care of the Dr and staff was great. The Dr was personable and supportive with and excellent bedside manner and so were the nurses. Thanks for the sandwich and tea on the recovery ward.. after no food since 9am the previous day.
Thank you all so much you do a fantastic job.
