My relative was healthier at home.

If staff can't even make sure daily meds are given or put meals down close enough for the patient to reach, what can they do?!

We're very concerned to read your posting about agency staff forgetting to give medications at Eastbourne DGH and we would like the opportunity to speak with you about this so that we can gather more detail and take appropriate action.

Please be assured we value your feedback and take comments such as yours very seriously.

We apologise for the fact that your relatives experience is poor and we want to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.

To help us do this, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at your earliest convenience.

PALS will liaise with relevant Trust staff on your behalf and ensure appropriate action is taken.

If you prefer to discuss your concerns in person, they also have an office in the main entrance open between 9am to 4pm (no appointment necessary).
