I am trying to get through to medical records & have been for the past 4 days. While I type I am waiting to be put through (19 minutes so far). I have recently moved house & though I changed my address, I haven't received any letters regarding an upcoming operation.
I just got through after 20 minutes, asked for medical records & was put through to a FAX machine. I'm fuming.
