"Faultless Care"

The care that I received during my labour from a wonderful Midwife on 11/03/16 from 7.30am was outstanding.

Their bedside manner put me at ease throughout and their constant communication about the progress of my labour made the process a lot less stressful. My husband also felt secure in their knowledge and expertise.

I had to receive stitches and again was treated with dignity and respect. What was also lovely was that the special person who safely delivered my son, came to see us before their shift had ended, going above and beyond.

The aftercare on the maternity ward was also faultless from the moment I arrived. I was struggling with breastfeeding so was given countless opportunities of support, something I am eternally greatful for.

A special mention to the student midwife working on 12.03.16 who did not leave my side until my son latched successfully and provided me with very detailed information in preparation for my return home.

Long may the excellent service continue.
