"Missed serious problem"

About: Watford General Hospital

on 7 th March my husband had a fall and he was taken to A and E for a head and back check up

Head fine but back just an X ray and the real problem missed

Now he is in another Hospital with a Fractured Spine he was in terrible pain couldn't walk or move and had to be taken home by Ambulance but he was sent home in a bad way without any further investigation.

I now the Hospital was busy but this is a very serious matter and we are very concerned that he was not listen to properly.
