"Concerns about drop in standards at Treiske"

Over the last 3 years I have had to either visit someone or stay a few days. Standards seems to have dropped since Mitie has taken services over. The prices in the shops have rocketed, staff can be unpleasant, hospital food is poor and worse of all,the ward cleanliness seems appalling. I have seen blood on floor of A&E left for house on end. I have seen wards swept with a dustpan and brush, but apparently no daily mopping or cleaning of bedside cabinets. It is one thing winning a contract, it is another delivering what is required.
