About: Basildon University Hospital

Prompt and excellent care of my daughter when she attended A+E this afternoon with an idiopathic urticaria. She was very frightened and anxious and the staff were very caring and concerned, especially the GP who was very professional?

Shame the Dept did not appear that clean, old blood stain on the chair next to me in the waiting area, discarded blankets on the chairs ,empty plastic cups on the floor.
