The receptionist booking my physiotherapy assessment appointment was helpful in describing the location. There was ample free car parking near the entrance. The receptionist was polite, efficient and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable. The extended scope specialist physiotherapist took a careful history, performed a thorough examination, explained his findings and management plan and addressed my concerns, I felt reassured by the consultation. I was able to book, there and then, a physiotherapy treatment appointment nearer to my home. Thank you for excellent care.

I have only 2 very small quibbles:

I was unaware that I should complete a questionnaire before seeing the specialist, as my appointment occurred the day after booking it, and the questionnaire arrived by post 2 days later. I suggest the receptionist should ask new patients on arrival if they have brought the questionnaire, and, if not, give one out to complete while waiting.

Secondly, I was in pain with sciatica standing at the reception window waiting for the receptionist to finish a phone call. I see there is no space for a chair at the reception window, so I would have preferred to be allowed to sit in the waiting area until they were free to attend to me: could this be arranged?
