I was admitted via A &E due to an infection acquired during radiotherapy and chemo. I was greeted by a fabulous oncology nurse who got me isolated straight away. Can't praise enough everyone in A&E. From there I went to the AOU: ditto all the staff. Thence to ward 16a. Every member of staff was thoroughly professional; doctors, nurses and anciliary staff.
I was treated with compassion and respect. Belated thanks.
