"Ambulance Service & RUH Staff"

About: Royal United Hospital / Cardiology South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I experienced chest pains & sickness during the night. I called 111 around 6. 30am and a car paramedic was dispatched to me. After initial checks & treatment an ambulance was requested and I was taken to the RUH for further tests. Every single person who looked after me were totally profession, caring, explained what was happening and were reassuring. I cannot thank everyone enough for their support.
