"Treatment by consultant let down otherwise good care at Montagu"

The standard of medical care I experienced at Montagu hospital severely let down the high standard of nursing care there.

I had a hernia and was admitted this month on to the Rockingham day Unit

If my consultant had arrived on time for work then everyone would have been seen on time. Additionally I was very embarrassed to see this consultant looking at my notes that he had written and then asking if we'd met!

Thank you to all the nurses on duty from 7.30am Friday 6th July. Especially Rose, for the way she quietly handled my paperwork so that others wouldn't hear.
