"A&E??"

Took my mother to A&E after being up all night in great pain. She was discharged hours later (clearly very unwell) without treatment for the reason she attended (and was not checked thoroughly). Abdominal pain led to a chest xray?
Subsequently passed away less than 2 weeks later.
