"I slipped on mud whilst walking and broke my leg"

About: Caterham Dene Hospital / Minor injuries unit East Surrey Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was taken by friends to Caterham Dene minor injury unit who were, friendly cheerful and good at their respective jobs, a was, xrayed, case was discussed with East Surrey, plastered at Caterham.

Someone from East Surrey trauma team rang the next said better if they assessed when leg had settled

Appointment was made for following week, when they replastered, xrayed, and decided it would in the long term be better pinned.

I was called in and operated on 10 days later, despite jr dr strike. Everyone of the many staff and departments I passed through, were kind, cheerful, friendly, good at their jobs. It was all clean and well decorated. Couldn't fault the experience
