The reception staff are incredibly rude at my medical centre, to the point where they are intentionally obstructive. When trying to book an appointment the staff usually fob you off with the line "there are no appointments for at least 14 days". I escalated this to their managers and was given a web login that enabled me to book my own appointment that very afternoon. Furthermore, there were numerous appointment slots every day for the next two weeks. This attitude is totally unacceptable and needs to be stamped out.
