(as a relative),

I have a lot of concern about the lack of enough basic requirement for the looking after of my wife who is completely reliant on me and her. They only supply 1 bed underpad per day which I think is no where near enough and the supply of only 4 diapers too is not really enough either. Also my dry wipes have run out and I am having to buy baby wipes from the super market which I feel is certainly not good enough.

Thank you for your comments and concerns, if you would like to telephone the continence product service on 01709 423240 and ask for Steve, we can arrange for your wife to have a product re-assessment as there may be other products which are more suitable for your wife’s needs.

Dry wipes are not supplied by the continence service, these are issued as a complementary item by appliance delivery companies who delivery items such as catheters and drainage bags.
