My treatment at the Nuffield made a major operation (hip replacement) a pleasurable experience.
All staff from entering reception, during my stay and leaving with a porter pushing my wheelchair a smooth procedure and so friendly and efficient.
I almost felt like I had been on holiday but without the sun tan.
A big thank you to everyone involved.
