"Waiting time"

I saw my rheumatology consultant in January and had various tests done that day and ultrasound in February.

I was told to expect a follow up appointment in 8 to 10 weeks to discuss results and hopefully a diagnosis. My follow up appointment is not until mid May. This is 18 weeks after my initial appointment. I appreciate my condition is not bad enough for me to be off work etc but I am disappointed that I have to wait so long.
