(as a parent/guardian),

My son was taken to A&E at Wishaw General on Monday night. The staff and care received were excellent. The waiting area was very busy, pretty much full, but patients were tended to very timely and efficiently. We were seen very quickly and all staff were professional and very caring throughout. Very commendable.

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the care your son received whilst having to attend the Emergency Department here at Wishaw General Hospital. I indeed hope that he is recovering well and his health continues to improve.
