"If only my local surgery was this good"

I had to wait almost 2 hours, but the wait was to be expected. My own surgery in typical local Power trip GP mode was doing a "computer says no routine" and basically showing its usual complete abdication of even vague notions of patient care. So I gave up and called into soho. The staff were great, they took time. They gave me a far better service than my own gp's standard 5 min session followed by " take this prescription and go away and stop bothering me attitude".

I think they offer a truly great service....
