Booked Pain Clinic appt. for my wife at Bfld. on line for mid March, which had least waiting time, which was confirmed in writing. Had phone call to say Doctors had cancelled this appointment and we would get a new appointment for Burnham Surgery. No appt. received so phoned pain clinic, and was told next available appointment for Burnham surgery was in May. A delay of 2 months! After further discussion I was given an appointment for in April - At Broomfield! ! Still over a month later than original on line booking. Very unsatisfactory.
