"Kind treatment at A and E"

About: St Peter's Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I coughed up quite a lot of blood and after seeing an emergency doctor in Woking was sent to St Peter's. It was Saturday evening and very busy but every one I had dealings with from the receptionist to the doctor was exceptionally polite and kind. My problem was dealt with efficiently and I felt very comforted by the outcome.
