I emailed the pst@sth.nhs.uk over a week ago regarding treatment i am having at charles clifford dental hospital but still have no reply is this link still active ? if so why has no one replied back to me ?

I am very sorry to hear that no one has got back to you. I have asked the Patient Services Team to check their account to see if they can find your communication to ascertain what has gone wrong.

In the meantime, please would you be able to resubmit the details to pst@sth.nhs.uk - this is the correct address and we are receiving information from other Patient Opinion authors.

When resubmitting please can you mark your email for The Attention of Paula Rickwood. Paula is our Concerns Manager. She is aware of your case and is now looking out for your email. If you provide your telephone detals, she will telephone you once she receives the details to confirm safe receipt
