"Oral surgery"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Awful service - turned up to first appointment only to be told the consultants had the week off, second appointment went fairly smoothly but then notes from consultant actually said the opposite of what I had told them.

Then tried to cancel third appointment due to work commitments only to be told I had to contact my GP - my GP had no correspondence from the department so then spent a whole hour being put through to various departments and still no one has picked up.

Awful.
