About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

The care I received during my stay at Shepton Mallet treatment centre was excellent. The surroundings were peaceful, all the staff reassuring and skilful. I felt at ease and confident about all the care I was given. The meeting with the consultant was unhurried and I was given the opportunity to ask questions and go away before making my decisions. Everyone I came into contact with from reception staff to nurses and senior doctors made me feel cared for with dignity.
