"Disapointed!"

About: University Of Bristol Dental Hospital

Arrived in good time for a 9am appointment to then be kept waiting over an hour (not due to emergencies coming in which I appreciate does happen) long waits then for x-rays and then a further appointment totally a 3 hour visit 90% of which was spent waiting, at some points stood up as there was not enough seating.

The reception seemed disorganised and bickering between reception staff which wasn’t very professional or reassuring.

I hope for a better experience next time!
