I have had nothing but trouble from this hospital and all I get is lies lies lies first of all my notes went missing and had to wait months for them to be found and an appointment sent out I finally got to see someone and was listed for surgery on both of my eyes , I received a letter shortly after with an appointment in January I was told at this appointment that the op was to be prioritised and was given my pre op that very same day the surgeon told me the op would be done within six weeks that was seven weeks ago so I phoned admissions to find how much longer I would have to wait and was told it could be months and I wasn't even on the list for the next two months, the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and I don't blame them it isn't their fault but why tell someone they should expect their surgery within six weeks when they have no intention of doing so the person I spoke to in admissions was very nice and said they would send an email to the surgeon and get them to write to me I just hope after the surgeon has dictated the letter it doesn't take a month to type up and get out to me as has been the case other times I feel very let down by this hospital probably the next time I ring them I will be telling them I have lost my job due to still being off work waiting for the surgery to go ahead
