"A big thank you to the staff"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I attended for a flexible sigmoidoscopy appointment in  early Feb.

Throughout my whole experience I was made to feel welcome. I was given clear explanations as to what to expect and the findings, and my dignity was maintained throughout. The staff were very friendly and put me at ease, whilst maintaining a professional manor.

I have been a nurse for 32 years and being the patient can be both embarrassing and anxious.

I simply want to say a big thank you.
