"More structure needed"

Libby treated me with respect and understanding, but the keyworker rubbed me up the wrong way and I didn't like his attitude. So that put me off the group! This key worker upset me because of his attitude, I feel that he needs to look at his attitude to women.

Some of the leadership styles of the groups I have attended feel a bit neutral and off hand. I'd like to experience a bit more inclusion in the first instance (I. e a quick introduction to the group), a lot more structure to facilitate participation, production and satisfaction.
