"Cant get through to Locala Phone number"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I have been trying to get through to the podiatry service to book an appointment but no one is answering. I’ve tried at all times of the day – from 7 in the morning to 10 at night and am worried that after two and a half weeks of trying I’m going to run out of time. I always ring as soon as I get a letter and have never ignored any letter, they are going to think I have not bothered and that concerns me.

I am very sorry you are having problems getting through on our phone line. We are working hard to get the situation sorted out. If you still unable to get through within the next 24 hours please contact me direct and I will do what I can to get your appointment confirmed.

In future you shouldn't need to call the phone line to make your appointments. At your next appointment you will be able to book your next session direct with the podiatrist.

Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
