"I did the right thing"

by going to A & E Sunday 6th March

I woke with a very swollen eyelid which was painful and worrying to say the least.

I registered at the desk with a pleasant receptionist and called minutes later for a consultation.

The doctor who examined me was polite, informative and reassuring.

I left with medication, feeling better than when I went in, because I felt reassured and I was treated with respect and dignity.
