"Confused"

I had a referral by go and rang to check they had received it. The receptionist said don't think you can be seen but will check in 2 days or so,with dr if I remember. Next day got phone call dr will see you in 5 days time. Saw dr who said should have been seen at community pain clinic, so asked where they are and told all over. Dr said need specialist physio and only seacroft can refer me.. So I need specialist physio only them can refer me but I should have gone to community pain ?? where they can't refer me.. Having read comments on here I have to agree and the admin staff could do with charm school. As to the comment it is free it is paid for by us all indirectly from us all through taxes like rest of NHS.
