My mother was transferred from Kings Lynn hospital for ablation. The night before her move she had started to become quite confused due to her medication.

On arrival on Hugh Flemimg ward she was treated with the utmost kindness and consideration.

Staff were provided to sit with her to keep her safe and when I arrived they continued to be supportive and involved in her care. She was a challenging patient that they treated with great care and respect and for that I am truly grateful.

Since her procedure(which has been successful) she has been transferred back to Norfolk and her confused and agitated state has thankfully passed.
