"DeliverY suit"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Me and my baby had the worst experience in this hospital.

I gave birth to my baby early hours in the morning and was sent home in the evening.. even though the nurses know I had lost a lot of blood. I was not even sent up to the ward. I spent 18 hours in that same delivery suit with out bed sheets and blankets. I feel like I and my baby was not checked properly. When I went home. I felt my baby was not right. He was shaking every time he was crying. I rang the midwife at the time but they said it was normal for baby's to do that. At the same time I requested to midwife to visit me.. when the midwife came they didn't even check the baby. The midwife said it was normal for baby's to do that.

My baby was hold his breath every 20 mins and shaking.. I was getting worried alot. So I took him to L&D hospital at 4am. He was taken in with low sugar level. And still have tests for why he is shaking.

My baby is suffering now because of the staff at the delivery suite and the home visit midwifes.

Who are we meant to blame for staff not doing there jobs right.
