"Plastic Surgery Clinic/Outpatient Care"

I attended the clinic on 25/02/2016 & 02/03/2016 and on both occasions I was seen before my allocated time - furthermore I received a phone call to ensure that I could attend. I have to say that I was treated in a caring and professional manner by the Surgeon and their staff, with every detail being explained prior to the eventual procedure - this was very much the case on my first appointment as no operation took place on that day.

I would also appear that the Surgeon "walked that extra mile" to ensure that I would receive the additional after care necessary, which of course is reassuring to know that our care is indeed their main concern.

Please ensure that my best wishes are conveyed to the Kingston Hospital authorities & in particular the staff concerned.
