"A and e very dirty"

My family took my mother in during the early hours of the morning. There wasn't a queue as there sometimes is but the staff kept saying how busy they were. My mother had a blanket with someone else's dried blood on it and there was a trail of blood on the floor and the toilet was covered in blood. It was about half an hour before someone decided to stop chatting and eating sweets to decide to clean it up declaring to the department that "it looks like Armageddon in here" . No wonder patients get infections !
