"Nurse could not feel feel a pulse in my foot"

About: Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I was referred to Walkden Gateway the Practice Nurse could not feel a pulse in my right foot. Was sent a referral to Swinton Gateway and there, I was told my pulses were fine but I had corns and calloses and to get them treated I should go semi-private and pay £15 a time. I signed the form but on reflection being diabetic type 1 and paying into the NHS since its inception I was disgusted. Could you clarify that this is correct.
