"Fantastic, service, care and attention - Eye Dept."

I am a regular visitor over the last 3 or 4 years to the Opthalmology/Eye department and have been going 3 or 4 times per week for the last 2 months now due to several eye operations caused by glaucoma. All of the nurses and consultants/doctors in this department are great. Such good care and attention, especially considering how busy the eye department gets at Queens! As anyone who has been there will know. One doctor/consultant in particular has been nothing short of perfect with me, and I would be very sad indeed if they were ever to leave. I honestly couldn't have asked for better care. Nothing is too much trouble. Gentle, caring and 100% understanding.

I'm currently still visiting the eye department on a weekly basis but any care or procedures I will need to receive in future will be a pleasure, being looked after by such a good team.
