"A difficult birth made special"

About: Leighton Hospital

After a lovely, problem-free pregnancy I was induced 2 weeks after my due date. I was nervous about the procedure but was instantly made to feel welcome and at ease by the staff in the induction suite. The process was not without its problems and the result was a long labour, epidural and forceps delivery. I was however treated so well at all times and cannot praise the team enough for helping me to deliver my healthy baby boy. Thankyou so much for making a hard couple of days so special . Now it's over I just wish I could go through it all again!

Thank you for commenting on your experience at Leighton hospital.

It is always a morale booster to pass on this to the staff on the labour ward who worked extremely hard to provide you with the best experience and positive outcome. We hope we will see you again in a future pregnancy.

With sincerest best wishes

Denise Horne

Manager

Labour Ward
