(as a relative),

I cannot commend the staff at Dr Grey's hospital enough. Their professionalism, kindness and compassion was outstanding. This excellent service was received from staff at all levels and I have nothing but praise. ps the food was superb!

Many, many thanks for taking the time to post your feedback at what must be a very worrying time for you. It is great for staff to hear that they have done a good job whilst at the same time demonstrating compassion and kindness. It is what we would hope for for all of our patients.

I hope your mother is making a good recovery and enjoying life.
