I was telephoned with a reminder about my appointment. On arrival I was seated and called within min utes,and the whole procedure was explained fully before the consultant proceeded with the treatment. I was in and out within one and a half hours,and left with everything I needed. The staff and consultant were really pleasant and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout.
