"Podiatric Department"

For the last three days I have been trying to ring the above Department. Each time I have been told via a recorded message how important my call is and to ring back late.

Having spoken to the main number I am told that this has been going on for weeks. The previous system worked really well, this one is clearly a disaster.

Please can you do something about it.
