What I liked

The staff were friendly and caring. When I arrived for my hospital stay there was no bed available on the ward and so I was transferred to another ward, which dealt with something completely different to what I was in hospital for. Whilst on this ward I received great care and attention both before and after my operation, until I was transferred back to the correct ward.

What could be improved

My only complaint of such was that the gynae ward didn,t have bedside telephone/television. I feel that could be improved?

Anything else?

I found this hospitals staff from doctors all the way down to domestics were all good at their job, they made me feel like I mattered and wasn,t just another patient. I would highly recommend Wansbeck hospital to anyone.
