"Not a Happy Bunny"

Whilst the staff who looked after me this morning were excellent, the errors in booking my procedure were not. I arrived at 7.30 as instructed only to be told that I didn't need to be there until 12.30. Every effort was made to get me accommodated and we got to the stage of consent before the op was cancelled because the consultant wasn't there and they needed to do my procedure. Now back on the waiting list. Very definitely not a happy bunny.
