"i would like to thank the member ..."

About: Kettering General Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

i would like to thank the member of staff who looked after my Mum on Thursday 21 January. My mum and dad were attending the hospital where my dad was having tests. Whilst waiting my mum went for a walk to get a coffee, got confused, lost her way and became very upset. A member of staff asked my mum if she was ok, took her to the cafe and arranged for my mum to have a cup of tea. She found out where my dad was being treated, rang the department so my Dad was aware where my mum was and and sat with Mum until she had finished her drink. This lady then walked my mum back to meet my dad, asked if they had transport home and because they didn't arranged for a taxi. All i can say is this lady went out of her way to check on my mum when she saw she was upset and really lookd after my mum who was really upset and worried about my dad. we only know that she worked in the hospital offices . i am sorry we dont know her full name but i wanted the hospital to know that it has some lovely kind staff working there. thank you.
