What I liked
the timely manner in which i was assessed in Aand E was absolutely fantastic.The staff could not do enough for me, the care was second to none.Please pass on my congratulations to the staff who never forgot to communicate with me, treated me like a human being,and cared for me so well.
What could be improved
the only critisism was the lenght of time i waited for a bed, it was 30 hours in total before i left A and E,very uncomfortable and trying to sleep with the intercom going all night was difficult.However i do understand that there was a pressure on the beds in the particular speciality that i needed to go to.
Anything else?
care delivered on ward 1 was excellent.
