(as the patient),

I was in 16 for a shoulder revision, tricky but well done. All I can Say is... Boy was it great, I have been in the Alex MANY TIMES, and each no complaints, but this time you excelled, from the time I was admitted, on Monday, to leaving on Thurs, it was superb, the Staff were excellent, the care the same, and the food, Hotel quality. l cannot name anyone, but ALL were excellent. THANK YOU THE ALEXANDRA Ward 16.
