"Very helpful kind nursing from ENT"

About: Kettering General Hospital

Had to attend ENT regarding results of MRI and tinnitus issue .

Both consultant and nurse very helpful and compassionate.

Consultant fully explained my medical complaint and how to cope with it and was very reassuring .More than happy with my treatment and advice given.Staff v professional and helpful on duty however had problems via telephone to the dept ie numerous messages left on voicemail and not responded to .
