The receptionist was curt. I pointed out it was the second time my appointment had been called off. I was spoken to in a harsh tone and told the clinician is off sick and theres nothing you can do about it. A simple 'sorry' would have done. This receptionist really upset me. I think when you are dealing with sick people you should be compassionate and not aggressive
